These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all training services, courses, workshops, consultancy, and use of the website (collectively, the "Services") provided by ATH Training Group Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling yourself or your employees in our Services, you ("Client," "Company," or "Participant") agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
•    Corporate clients confirm they have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of their organization.
•    Participants must have a sufficient understanding of English to engage fully with the training, including reading materials, instructions, and assessments.

2. Bookings and Payment
•    Individuals: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
•    Corporate Clients: Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order or written confirmation via email. Payment is due on booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•    ATH Training Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to Services if payment is not received on time.
•    For overdue payments, ATH Training Group Ltd reserves the right to charge interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (as amended).
•    A late payment administration fee may also apply: £40 for invoices under £1,000 and £70 for invoices over £1,000.
•    ATH Training Group Ltd reserves the right to withhold certificates, results, or any official course documentation until full payment has been received.

3. Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds
•    All cancellations must be made in writing.
•    Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: eligible for a refund in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
•    Cancellations made within the 14-day window before the course start date: courses booked in this period are cancellable, subject to terms agreed at booking.
•    Transfers:
o    Transfers must be made more than 14 days before the original course date.
o    Only one transfer is permitted per booking.
o    The new course date must be within 4 weeks of the original date.
•    By Corporate Clients:
o    Substitutions of participants may be made at no additional cost, provided notice is given before training begins.
o    Unused spaces from group bookings cannot be redeemed on an open course.
•    By ATH Training Group Ltd:
o    We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer illness, or force majeure events.
o    In such cases, Clients may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date.

4. Attendance and Conduct
•    Participants must attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
•    Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring that employees attend as agreed.
•    Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behaviour may result in removal from training without refund.
•    If a participant arrives more than 30 minutes late to a course, entry will be refused and a new course will need to be booked at the full price.
•    Certificates (if applicable) will only be issued to Participants who complete the required elements.

5. Blended Learning
•    For courses delivered in a blended format (online + face-to-face), all online training must be completed before attending the face-to-face element.
•    Failure to complete the online component prior to the face-to-face session will result in the participant being refused entry.
•    A new date for the face-to-face element must be booked at the full price of that component.

6. Certification, CPD, and Regulated Elements
•    Participants who complete courses successfully may be issued with a certificate of completion where applicable.
•    Certain courses may be CPD-accredited, and the certificate will indicate the number of CPD hours awarded.
•    Some courses include regulated elements requiring adherence to statutory or industry standards. Participants must meet all criteria for these elements to receive certification.
•    Certificates will only be issued once all payments are settled and all required elements are completed.

7. Intellectual Property
•    All training materials, handouts, slides, and resources remain the intellectual property of ATH Training Group Ltd or our licensors.
•    Materials may be used for personal or internal company purposes only.
•    Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality
•    Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, personal, or proprietary information shared during training.
•    Corporate client-specific training materials or discussions will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
•    Our Services are designed to provide education and guidance but do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes.
•    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATH Training Group Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
•    Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service in question.

10. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing
•    Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines at training venues (physical or virtual).
•    If training involves physical activities, Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate.
•    Corporate clients must ensure a safe and appropriate environment if training is delivered on their premises. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring the facilities meet the requirements set out in the on-site facility document contained in the confirmation email.
•    Where an on-site facility does not meet the requirements, the training will not be able to commence until a suitable facility is provided, if this is not achievable a new date will need to be agreed, and full costs will be charged for the new booking.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

•    Corporate clients confirm they have obtained necessary consents to share employee details for training administration.
•    By participating, you consent to the use of your data for communication, certification, and service delivery.

12. Governing Law
•    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
•    Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments
•    ATH Training Group Ltd may update these Terms occasionally. The most current version will be posted on our website.
•    Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
